Information about registering for an IASLT event either as a member or visitor to our site.

  • There may be several different fees for the same live event. Prices vary depending on a number of criteria that will be listed on the event webpage. For instance, prices may be lower for IASLT members than non-members and prices may be reduced further for an IASLT member who is also a member of a Special Interest Group (SIG), that is co-hosting a CPD event with IASLT.
  • Some events are funded by the National HSCPs Office, H.S.E. and may be available at a reduced price to SLTs who are working in the Public Health Service.
  • We also advertise some free events for Health Professionals hosted by the National HSCPs Office, H.S.E. These events are accessed through links on the event page which are provided to us by the NHSCP Office.

Some events due to limited capacity, require an expression of interest first, via a short questionnaire so that places are offered to applicants for whom the course has the greatest relevance. Applicants must proceed to payment once they have been offered a place.

IASLT members can sometimes access an event at a reduced fee.
When you click the "Book Now" or "Find Out More" button, if you are not already logged in to members' area, you are brought directly to the "Log-In" form to log-in and you may then proceed to register for the event.

Some events are open to non-members at an additional cost.  Non-members must create a "User account" to register for an event.  You can do this by scrolling down to the "Become a User" button on the "Log-In" form.  Once you have registered as a user you can access your events in your "User Dashboard". As a non-member, you can register for all future events with this user account.

  • Once you have registered successfully for an event that event will appear in the "Events Tab" of your Member or User Dashboard.
  • When you register for an event that doesn't require approval through the expression of interest, you are brought to the Stripe payment page and should proceed to payment. If you forget or postpone payment,  please use the"Pay Now" button immediately which  appears on the event listing in your member dashboard.
  • When you apply to attend an event that requires an expression of interest, if your application is approved you will receive a confirmation email with a payment link and instructions on how to make your payment.

You will be sent an email with the details on how to attend the event within a few days of the event.

Sometimes our live CPD events are recorded. When a recording is made, with the permission of the presenter, a link to this recording will be posted in the event listing in a member's "MY Events" tab in their member dashboard.
